You agree to use our platform responsibly and provide accurate information while completing questionnaires or contacting sales professionals. Any misuse of the platform may result in restricted access.

Some features may require you to create an account or provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and protecting your account details.
5. AI matching & recommendations
Our AI recommends sales professionals based on the information you provide. While we strive to provide the best matches, we cannot guarantee that every recommendation will perfectly meet your expectations.
6. Third-party sales professionals
Autotelligence connects users with independent dealerships and sales professionals. We are not responsible for vehicle availability, pricing, negotiations, warranties, or agreements made between users and sales professionals.
7. Privacy & data protection

8. Limitation of liability
Autotelligence is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform, AI recommendations, or interactions with third-party sales professionals.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. SMS messaging terms & conditions
Autotelligence offers users the option to receive SMS/text messages related to their accounts and use of the Autotelligence platform. Messages may include account notifications, shopper and sales professional match notifications, new opportunity alerts for registered sales professionals, appointment confirmations and reminders, and other service-related updates.
11. SMS consent to receive messages
Participation in Autotelligence's SMS messaging program is voluntary. By providing your mobile telephone number and separately opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Autotelligence at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of creating an account, using the Autotelligence platform, purchasing a service, or completing a transaction. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of the Autotelligence Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
12. SMS message frequency & charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity and use of the Autotelligence platform. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages according to the terms of your mobile service plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Autotelligence at any time by replying STOP to any Autotelligence text message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
